Customcovers.com: Paypal is our preferred payment gateway
- If the product that is shipped is out of your requirements or does not match with the posted requirements, then Customcovers will refund 100% of your amount through the secured payment gateway PayPal.
- If the product is not matching to your requirements, or has any faults then the product can be returned for replacement for another product.
- If a different product is ordered by mistake, while configuring your custom product then customcovers would replace with the correct product by taking out the labor cost for preparing the custom product.

Shipping Policies
CustomCovers.com ships its products by USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEX unless the retailer chooses another method. All CustomCovers.com products can be shipped without resitriction, and do not incur oversize charges. Your CustomCovers.com product can be tracked if you have the order number and destination zipcode. For tracking info, please go to http://www.CustomCovers.com/ CustomCovers.com ships international orders at the direction of our distributors. Orders are shipped from California.
All customcovers products are fabricated for customer's specific vehicle. Your credit card will be charged within 24 to 48 hours of placing order. The product fabrication times are as follows:

Free Shipping

CustomCovers offers free shipping on numerous items every day. In addition, CustomCovers frequently runs promotion offering free shipping on many items.
- Only qualified items are eligible for free shipping. They are identified on their product information page with this free shipping symbol: Free Shipping. They are also be identified in your shopping cart when FREE appears in the shipping column.
Restrictions
- Express Shipping: CustomCovers uses standard ground shipping method where customer does not pay for shipping. Customer is required to pay for Express shipping.
- Oversized items. If an item falls in the oversized category, customer is required to pay for shipping Some of the items we sell exceed the size limits for standard ground shipping and must be sent by. These items are labeled as oversized on their product information page, and will not feature the Free Shipping icon.
- Truck or freight delivery. If an item cannot be shipped by Fedex® and UPS® ground, it is not eligible for free freight.
- Shipments outside 48 contiguous states. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.
- Shipments outside U.S.A. Free freight does not apply to overseas shipments.
- CustomCovers reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
